Q&A
Why are the earbuds still connecting to my phone after placing earbuds back and closing the case lid?
1. When the charging case has no remaining power, placing the earbuds back into the charging case can’t make themselves turn off if the case battery is dead, pls make sure the earbuds has power.
2. Please check and make sure the earbuds are correctly placed in the charging case, and make sure the charging metal sheet and the PIN pin are clean. Please try to clean the places between the charging case and the earbuds with something like a microfiber cloth.
How to deal with the disconnection?
1. Turn off the Bluetooth on your device and then turn it on.
2. Clearing the other pairing names on the device and remove the pairing record between the earbuds and other devices nearby.
3. Restart your device and reset the earbuds, then try to connect them again.
What to do if the original charging cable is missing?
1. These earbuds support type-c charging(DO NOT support wireless charging), you can use all charging cables that have type-c interface, except for the quick charging for phones.
2. Every package is coming with wireless earbuds, charging case, manual, extra ear tips, USB-C cable(without adapter).
